Prof(Dr.) Dewakar Goel

An accomplished author, he has penned 25 books across a spectrum of subjects, solidifying his authority and establishing his works as reference materials globally. His career has been adorned with eminent positions, having served as the Executive Director of the Airports Authority of India and as the Director of the Indian Aviation Academy under the Government of India. Presently, he chairs the Aero Academy of Aviation Science and Management, further demonstrating his leadership and strategic acumen in the aviation domain. Dr. Goel's influence extends beyond national borders. His role as an HR consultant for ICAO in Montreal and as a Human Performance Technologist for IATA in Switzerland and as Standing council member Asia pacific ACI Hong Kong underscores his international recognition and involvement in shaping global aviation standards. His academic contributions as a guest faculty member at prestigious institutions such as IITs, IIMs, LBSNAA Mussoorie, and several international universities highlight his commitment to knowledge dissemination. Beyond his professional prowess, Dr. Goel's multifaceted talents encompass poetry, writing, singing, and legal advocacy. Notably, his expertise in aviation led to his appointment as the team leader representing 14 countries from the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe at a prominent global aviation conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in 2017, attended by 400 delegates from 40 countries. He holds pivotal roles in numerous academic councils and advisory boards of esteemed universities, contributing significantly to shaping educational paradigms. Dr. Goel's extensive global travels as a keynote speaker in international conferences have cemented his reputation as an erudite scholar and expert in his field. Adding to his accolades, Dr. Goel serves as a Ph.D. guide and research examiner, leveraging his profound teaching experience in management both in India and abroad. Moreover, his membership in the Supreme Court Bar Association as an advocate reflects his legal proficiency. Recently, he has taken on the responsibility of Enquiry Officer at the Airports Authority of India, entrusted with overseeing inquiries spanning all airports across the country. In November 2022, he was invited as the Master of Ceremony and Moderator for the Global Aviation Summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, representing India, a testament to his international recognition. Demonstrating the global recognition of his expertise, Again in December 2023 he was invited as Speaker and moderator for Global Aviation Summit at Riyad Saudi Arabia . He was Jury for Aviation Excellence Awards and as a matter of great privilege he gave Aviation Excellence Awards to the winners from across different countries of the World Since last 15 years he has addressed more then 150 summits , conferences and seminars in India and abroad and this process is continuing .He is likely to get invitation for upcoming Global Aviation Conference at Riyad Saudi Arabia in November 2026.
